Working on MacKinnon, a science fiction webseries, is going to be both fun, and demanding. Well, more like it's already fun and demanding as I am the creator of the series. It's rewarding to have complete creative control over a show, and... ...yeah, there's that rewarding feeling, and then there's that feeling of dread, worry over budget, and worrying over how committed some of the voice actors are. Not to mention that if you're a writer, you have to try to get a script out while supervising and animating the episode. Somehow I feel like that when I do get to the point where I can hire animators to do the episodes, I've probably pulled out

I know, it's dangerous. Also spoilers for Dragon Age Asunder, and semi spoilers for The Silent Grove But after reading Dragon Age Asunder, and watching Dawn of the Seeker, what I've been thinking about is propose a community project for Dragon Age fans. Something that I haven't seen happen yet in any groups that I'm in. In this case, a series of webcomics based on the Mage-Templar War. I think it would be interesting to see a group of Dragon Age fans picking characters (doesn't necessarily have to be player characters) and going with what they're doing during the war. What do they think Hawke and the Warden are doing when they disappeared?

Sometimes you heavily criticize something and don't do anything about it. Sometimes you heavily criticize something and you actually do something about it. This is the latter. I read the first book in the Honor Harrington series, and while it's an entertaining read, I don't believe that it deserves being compared to Horatio Hornblower. It's not because it's a scifi novel series, and it's not because she's a woman, it's because she doesn't have the problems that Hornblower had. Yeah, the first book put her on a backwater assignment, and yeah she has her political enemies, but every time Honor is brought up, I just can't see her being anythin

Hey there my friend, how are the projects going? Hope Mackinnon's crowdfunding is having success.

Rafa
Hey, and nah, turns out Patreon is better off when you have something already going on, rather than starting something up. But, that doesn't mean I've given up on them, just working out the bugs in the process. I'm currently picking up more projects to expand upon, make my name better known. I've been allowed to use Polarity and the setting she's based in for one of the comic projects.
Yeah it seems to me that most of thoose crowdfounding sites are for people who are pros already. Polarity really looks a nice idea hope it works out.
Good luck bro!
